1. Subscriptions

Apna.Link offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing Portal.
  • Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan limits.

3. Refund Policy

  • Monthly Plans: We do not typically offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the billing period has started.
  • Yearly Plans: If you accidentally purchased a yearly plan, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided you haven't extensively used the premium features.
  • Service Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us for a pro-rated refund.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion. If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to the original payment method through Polar.sh.
